Dr Sharmila Dileep Desai is an accomplished Specialist Diagnostic Radiologist with extensive expertise spanning over a decade post-DMRD and seven years post-DNB. Proficient in a wide array of modalities such as Radiography, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, Doppler, Mammography, CT scan, and MRI, Dr. Sharmila has held key positions, including Senior Consultant in cross-sectional imaging at TRL Company and Consultant Radiologist at various esteemed institutions including Trimurti General Hospital, Omkar Scan Centre, Victor Hospital, and Wockhardt Hospital in Goa. Driven by a passion for continuous learning, she has participated in renowned courses such as the Nanavati MRI Teaching Course and Neuroimaging Course at NIMHANS Bangalore. She has actively engaged in conferences like the National IRIA Kochi. Dr. Sharmila has made significant contributions through case presentations at IRIA Kochi chapters and National IRIA, with research interests focusing on CT perfusion imaging in Hepatocellular Carcinoma for diagnosis and post-treatment monitoring.
